Oved’s place had been established some 30 years ago in the city of Givatayim, near Tel Aviv.
It is a modest and delicious restaurant/diner; open nearly 24 hours a day.
What is “Sabich“? Well, it is the acronym of: egg salad + much more eggplant, in Hebrew….
It is a lovely diner, which is visited by many people and there is nearly always a queue… but it is worth your while!
Simply delicious.
