Halvah, is one of the most common desserts in the middle east, as in other parts of the world.

The dish is based on dense Tchina, in a variety of types: with peanuts, oil, or with coffee beans.

Its is considered to be of oriental descent, but no one really knows.

Rumour has it that it actually originated from Turkey, India, or from various other Arab countries….

However, it is known for certain that it’s been around for over 3000 years!
